IDEAS Blog Hop: Holidays

Hello friends! It is time for another IDEAS Blog Hop. July's theme is "Holidays". It could be Christmas, or 4th of July, or Thanksgiving, or even going on a holiday with your family and/or friends. What is your interpretation of holiday?

Here is a collage that gives you a sneak peek of what we each thought of:

While, I normally go with a traditional US holiday, I went with a travel theme this time. I used the new Flying By Stamp Set. I love these little elements, the plane, the alien and especially those cute little paper airplanes! Cute images and cute sayings make up this set. My tutorial projects are exclusive the bundle, but here is an alternative for you:

Don't forget the inside. There are 2 paper airplanes, must use them both!

Are you curious to see what else I did with this set? Curious to see what the other international demonstrators created? You can own the bundle, and here is how.  I offer three options to acquire our IDEAS tutorial bundle:

1. Place a $35 order with my online host code: XTQKNB79, or click here

2. It is free for all of my team members, join here.

3. Purchase it for $15 USD.

Once you have received the tutorials, please remember not to share or distribute the printed or electronic copies of these bundles. IDEAS Blog Hop: Holidays - Taco Fiesta

Hi friends!! Thanks for joining the IDEAS team as we hop along and see some holiday project. Yup, that is the theme for July, "Holidays". What do you think of when you hear that, Christmas, Easter, or ?? Well, some people call vacations holidays, so the word encompasses a lot! This bundle is filled with so many fun holiday projects from Christmas to New Years to Family Fishing Holidays to Easter and Birthdays, suitcases, handbags, a seaside holiday and even a Taco Fiesta Party!!

Can you guess which one mine is? Well, I hate to disappoint, but my designs are exclusive to the bundle, so you will have to get it to see. But, I have another card designed using the same technique as my bundle project to share with you. Consider it my gift to you, a bonus, if you will! And I didn't think about the fact that my Taco Fiesta was in the bundle, or I wouldn't have named my post as I did, but too late to change now....

Here is a collage with snippets of some of our projects. You can see the variety, even here:

Here is my bonus card for you:

You give the cupcake a few twists before you place it in the envelope, and when it is taken out, the cupcake does a few spins! Just a little fun for the recipient!

This tutorial bundle includes 27 projects from 14 global demonstrators, over 75 pages of fun!!

Thanks for joining us on the July IDEAS Blog Hop! The theme this month is "Holiday". Is it a summer or winter holiday, or a travel holiday? Everyone's interpretation is different! And since we are in the middle of another Sale A Bration (SAB) event, I used a lot of SAB items!

Here is a collage of some of the bundle projects:

This month's Tutorial Bundle has 70 pages, and includes 26 projects (cards and 3D items) from 13 Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from all over the world! All experience levels are included in the bundle, it definitely has something for everyone!

I don't share my projects here, cuz they are exclusive to the bundle, but.... here is a bonus project! I used the SAB Hippiest Hippos in my bundle projects, but also used the Rings of Love Designer Series Paper. I carried the DSP over to my bonus project, but used a carryover holiday set Peaceful Deer.

The November bundle theme features holiday décor, packaging, gifts, tags, ornaments – 3D items that are gifts or that celebrates and/or decorates for a holiday.

Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop: Winter Woods

Welcome to the monthly Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop. We love Paper Pumpkin and love to share our enthusiasm for this monthly box of fun and creativity with you. The Paper Pumpkin kit is designed so you can follow the instructions provided in the kit to make the projects, or use the supplies as a starting point to let your creativity run wild (as we have!) Hop along with us, as we will share alternate ideas on how we used the October Paper Pumpkin Kit: Winter Woods.

This month's kit was beautiful cards, evergreens, birch, cardinals and snowflakes...what a winning combo. Here are the finished cards as designed:

I could have made an alternate card, but I have been a little obsessed lately with making explosion boxes. They are fun and easy to make. So, I thought, why not, and I challenged myself to make an explosion box with this month's kit. I love how it turned out:

Here is what it looks like open:

I had to add the Poppy Parade card stock to make the actual box base and lid, but everything else was from the kit. I used the inside of the envelopes for the wood sides, and cut the birch trees down to fit the front. I punched the sentiment from the leftover paper of the birch trees. The little red cardinals and snowflake sequins finished it off perfectly!

We appreciate you hopping with us!  Click on the pumpkin below and hop on over to Elizabeth's blog to see what fun alternate project she has come up with to share with you!

Leave us comments, along the way, and let us know what you think of our projects.
