PPP Blog Hop: My Wonderful Family

Welcome to the monthly Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop. We love Paper Pumpkin and love to share our enthusiasm for this monthly box of fun and creativity with you. The Paper Pumpkin kit is designed so you can follow the instructions provided in the kit to make the projects, or use the supplies as a starting point to let your creativity run wild (as we have!) Hop along with us, as we will share alternate ideas on how we used the February Paper Pumpkin Kit: My Wonderful Family.

This month's kit made 8 cards, 4 each of 2 designs. Here are the cards as designed

I chose to take elements from the kit and rearrange them to make a different card. The only think I added was a thick white card base, and sponged some So Saffron ink on my sentiment. Everything else came from the kit. Here is my card:

We got a leaf going in only one direction in the stamps. I wanted one on either side of the sentiment, so I stamped one on the corner of my silicon mat and then used the mat to stamp on the other side of the banner. I did have to go back with my Stampin' Write Marker and fill in a little, as it was originally lighter than the other leaf. Cannot really tell it wasn't just a regular stamp, can you?

And I think my most favorite element of this kit, are the sweet little butterfly chain. I had to stamp them on my envelope too, but I forgot to take picture. The sentiments are really lovely too!

Glad you could join us, and hope you have been inspired to get your kit out and create. Unfortunately, if you don't have a kit, you will have to wait for June, as May's kit has sold out already! Click on the pumpkin below and hop on over to Darla's blog to see what fun she has created to share with you!

It would be awesome if you leave a comment on our projects along the way!!

Until next time...Happy Craftin'!
If you have an active subscription, you will get to see and play with some of the new 2020-2022 In Colors in the May kit! Unfortunately, for those of you who don't, this kit has sold out...

IDEAS Blog Hop: Positive Thoughts

Happy Monday! Glad you could join us for the monthly IDEAS Blog Hop. We are a group of international demonstrators who create a monthly bundle of tutorials for our customers and team members. In April we selected our favorite bundle and created with that! I chose the stamp set Positive Thoughts and the coordinating Nature's Thoughts Dies.

I love these stamps, but really loved some of the die elements too!

Of course, I cannot show you my actual projects, it would ruin the surprise! But, here is a One Sheet Bag that I made using a different stamp set and designer series paper:

Who wouldn't want their birthday present delivered in this? The best part about creating it?! NO cutting, only scoring, so easy to make! Want instructions, see below,. This whole tutorial could be yours for a very low price!!

What would you put in the bag? And who are you going to give it to?

The tutorials include current Stampin' Up! products, have color photos, supply lists, step by step instructions, and feature both imperial and metric measurements! There are over 20 card and 3D projects included in this month's bundle. Would you like a copy of the instructions of all the projects to use for your personal use, or even to use in your classes? Contact me, or your participating demonstrator, to find out how to get your tutorial bundle! They are available for a very low cost or even better, for FREE!

Once you have received the tutorials, please remember not to share or distribute the printed or electronic copies of these bundles. We have worked hard to provide these exclusive projects for your use. If you know someone that would like to purchase the bundle, please direct them to me, or their participating demonstrator, to obtain their copy. Thanks for your support.

Leave me a comment before you hop on over to MaryKate's blog to see what fun projects she has to share with us!

Until next time...Happy Craftin'!

ICS Blog Hop: Beautiful You

Hello, and welcome to the April Inspire, Create, & Share Blog Hop! We are glad you are hoping with us. Hopefully, we can inspire you and take your mind off of the craziness in the world right now!

This month, our theme is "It's a Girl Thing". The project is to be a feminine and here was the real challenge: monochromatic.

So, the color I chose is Rococo Rose, and the stamp set is Beautiful You. I have not used this set in a while, and am wondering why?! It is so pretty, and should be used more often.

Don't forget the inside....

I love how this turned out. I love a good challenge, and this is one I really had to work at since we only could use one color. Hope you like it too!

Leave me a comment, and then follow the hop to see what the others have been inspired to share with you!! The talented Charmaine is up next, let's go see what she has for us!!
