Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Here's to You

Welcome to the monthly Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop. We love Paper Pumpkin and love to share our enthusiasm for this monthly box of fun and creativity with you. The Paper Pumpkin kit is designed so you can follow the instructions provided in the kit to make the projects, or use the supplies as a starting point to let your creativity run wild (as we have!) Hop along with us, as we will share alternate ideas on how we used the March Paper Pumpkin Kit: Here's To You

This month's kit made 8 cards, 4 each of 2 designs. They even came envelopes and with coordinating envelope liners! Here are the cards as designed:

Have I mentioned the envelope liners?! I love the print on one of them sooo much that I used it as a focal point on one of my cards and an accent on the other.

Here is the first one, showcasing the envelope liner. I used everything from the kit, except the Seaside layer behind the liner. Can you see why I love the liner? I think it is so pretty!

And, my second card. I had pieces of the liner left over, and didn't want to waste it, so I kept creating. Here I, again, used everything from the kit, except the Old Olive layers behind the liner and pre printed landscape piece. I had to cut the landscape piece down to allow more of the pretty liner paper to show.

I hope you have been inspired to get your kit out and create. Click on the pumpkin below and hop on over to Darla's blog to see what fun project she has created to share with us! So glad you could join us!

It would be awesome if you leave a comment on our projects along the way!!

Gilded Leafing Technique

Hi there!! Today is Creative Crafternoon over on my Facebook page and I was playing with the Gilded Leafing and the Butterfly Brilliance Bundle. I used sketch 476 from the Freshly Made Sketches blog as my inspiration.

Here is the sketch:

And here is my card:

First, I used a Blender Brush to add some color to the Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Series Paper. I used Tear & Tape for the strips, and then covered with the Gilded Leafing, using a sponge to remove the excess. You can watch the process on my video here.

Hope you like my card!
Until next time...

Be a Unicorn!!

Here is the card I did on my Tuesday Creative Crafternoon on 3/9/21. I used the Hippo Happiness Bundle. I have a 6 year old granddaughter who loves Unicorns. We have the same unicorn coloring book and color on FaceTime together. She will be getting this card down the road.

Here is a close up of the cute little guy!

My post from yesterday shows another card made using the hippo, so check it out too!

Until next time...

ICS Blog Hop: Hippo Happiness Bundle

Hello, and welcome to the March Inspire, Create, & Share Blog Hop! We are glad you are hopping with us.

This month, our theme is "our Favorite Bundle". Hopefully, we can inspire you to create with a bundle you own but may have been gathering dust, like mine has.

I chose the Hippo Happiness Bundle. I love the labels in the dies, and have used them a lot. But, I have neglected the stamp set. 😢

So, I pulled it out, dusted it off and created a card for my Facebook live today and another for my blog tonight.  Here is the blog card:

These little fella's are super cute, and creating with them was not difficult once I got started.

I paired it with the Well Suited Designer Series Paper, and pulled the colors from it. Here is the inside:

And...it is a Fun Fold, Easel Card.

I hope you like my card. Leave me a comment, and then follow the hop to see what the others have been inspired to share with you!! The talented Elizabeth is up next, come with me to see what she has for us!!
