Welcome to the monthly Paper
Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop. We love
Paper Pumpkin and love to share our enthusiasm for this monthly box of fun and
creativity with you. The Paper Pumpkin kit is designed so you can follow the
instructions provided in the kit to make the projects, or use the supplies as a
starting point to let your creativity run wild (as we have!)
This month's kit, The Hope Box was made from the heart of Stampin’ Up! cofounder, Shelli. She wanted to create a kit full of hope, comfort, and connection. Whether you make the Hope Box for your own treasure of self-inspiration, or you want to share and empower someone you know, create the Hope Box by decorating the box and filling it with treats and trinkets that embody what hope means to you.
Let her show you how she assembled the cards and the box. Watch this short video:
Here are the kit cards as designed:
This month, I really wanted to focus on all the stamps that are made available to us in the kit. So with a few ink colors (taken from the kit color, some embossing powder and a heat tool, along with some blending brushes, here is my take on this month's kit:
Everything from the kit, except the card base and the scrap of Basic White for the butterfly.
Glad you could join us, and hope you have been
inspired to get your kit out and create. Next hop on over to Joni's blog and see what she created to share with us from the Hope Box!
September's kit includes enough supplies to create 12 treat boxes — 4 each of 3 designs. That means you can take your pick of apple, pumpkins, or jack-o-lantern treat boxes! Plus, the Paper Pumpkin box is designed to easily transform into a vintage wheelbarrow for you to display your harvest, which I cannot personally wait to experience!
Whether you’re thinking about crisp red apples or you’re ready to carve some spooky jack-o-lanterns (or both!), the Haunts & Harvest Paper Pumpkin Kit — designed in a vivid fall palette — is a hands-on crafting experience for all autumn lovers! Don't miss out!

Thanks for joining us on the August Inspire, Create Share Blog Hop! Our theme this month is Sale A Brations! For the first time ever...Stampin' Up! is having a 2nd Sale A Bration! Yay for us... I love FREE stuff, how about you?!
I love, love, love the FREE Be Dazzling Specialty Paper. I love how it shimmers and shines. Someone compared it to a disco ball, and I have to agree!
I paired it with the Peaceful Deer set for this fun card. Not sure I would put Flirty Flamingo with Shaded Spruce on my own, but Stampin' Up! has some fun color combos they provide to us and this was one of them. I like to play with them, to get new ideas.
And don't forget the inside. I like a finished card, and it doesn't take much to do add a coordinating element and/or a sentiment inside your card to complete it. I really like how these colors work together, I am glad I gave them a chance.
Hope you like my card, and get some of the Be Dazzling Specialty Paper for yourself. Join me as I hop on over to my good friend, Janey's blog, to see what she is Sale A Brating!!

I chose to focus on the Beautifully Penned DSP. I love the black and white. But, I also chose to go with a splash of the Be Dazzling Specialty Paper. I love bling, and this definitely gives off a nice shine. Here is a snippet of my project:
