Paper Pumpkin Possibilities: Bone Appetit
Welcome to the monthly Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop. We love Paper Pumpkin and love to share our enthusiasm for this monthly box of fun and creativity with you. The Paper Pumpkin kit is designed so you can follow the instructions provided in the kit to make the projects, or use the supplies as a starting point to let your creativity run wild (as we have!) Hop along with us, as we will share alternate ideas on how we used the September Paper Pumpkin Kit: Bone Appetit!
Here is the kit as designed:
Here is my alternative card. Those little dancing skeleton stamps are so fun, I couldn't pass up using them!
I used the skeleton web die cut as a template and using black ink, sponged over it, all over the Whisper White cardstock to make my background. I used one of the treat boxes (black and orange stripes) and the new Ornate Frames Dies to cut the image behind the sentiment, and the image below the skeletons. I used a sentiment from last year's Paper Pumpkin, as most of this year's sentiments were treat/food related, which didn't go with my card.
I used the Shimmer Black Embossing Powder to give them some sparkle!
I loved the skeleton hands and made them look like they were holding the dancing skeletons!
And don't forget the inside or your envelope. I originally just stamped the skull and crossbones on the envelope, then thought better of it, and added the sentiment. Didn't want the Post Office to get the wrong idea!
I appreciate you hopping with us! Leave me a comment and let me know what you think of my project. Then, click on the pumpkin below and hop on over to Lisa's blog to see what fun alternate project she has come up with to share with you!
Next month's Paper Pumpkin is the first in a 2 set coordinating holiday series, one is cards and one is tags! Subscribe by 10/10/19 to get in on the fun! Click here, if you don't have a demonstrator, and subscribe with me!
Twist Card Fun Fold
Good morning!!
Here is a Twist Card we made in one of my Stampin' Time classes a couple of months ago. I love how it turned out! I used it for a dear lady in my bible study's birthday. She just turned 90, and I had no idea what to get her, so I stuck See's Candy & Bath and Body Works gift cards in the side pocket, wrote her a little note and popped it into a standard size envelope. She thought it was pretty special!
I used the Piece of Cake Stamp Set and coordinating Cake Builder Punch, and the Perennial Essence Designer Series Paper.
Until next time...Happy Craftin'!

ICS Blog Hop: Birds of a Feather
Welcome to the Inspire, Create, & Share Blog Hop! Our September theme is "Fabulous Fall" and is just that....all things fall, which is my favorite season and, is also, fabulous!!
Changing leaf colors, back to school, though most kids start so early nowadays, sweaters, pumpkin everything, football, and Thanksgiving, to name a few things, are what I think of when I think of fall. I love the cute birds in the Birds of a Feather Stamp Set, so chose to focus on the Thanksgiving one!
I used some paper from Mosaic Mood Designer Series Paper, which has Crushed Curry, Terracotta Tile, Garden Green and Mint Macaron in it. These are very fallish colors for me. So here is my little turkey:
This went together pretty easy. The turkey was colored with Stampin' Blends...I love them!! The greeting is from Itty Bitty Greetings.
Are you ready for your turkey, stuffing and pumpkin pie now?
I appreciate you visiting my blog! Thanks for joining us our on our creative journey! Click on the next box below to see what the fabulous Darla has in store for you!
Until next time...
Happy Craftin'!
