ICS Blog Hop: Honeybee Home

Hello, and welcome to the April Inspire, Create, & Share Blog Hop! We are glad you are hoping with us. Hopefully, we can inspire you to get your stamps out and ink them up, and create something fun!

This month, our theme is "It's a Girl Thing". We are showing some fun feminine cards. I also am showing some of the retiring 2020-2022 In Colors. I love that Stampin' Up! gives us new colors each year, but sometimes there are one or two, or...even five that I am sorry to see go.

I think of flowers as pretty feminine, though I do know some guys who like to grow them. But flowers is what I chose to use on my cards.

I used the Honeybee Home set for this one, and showcased the In Colors Just Jade and Cinnamon Cider. This is a set from the 2022 January-June Mini catalog. It will be carrying over to the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog too! So happy about that. The cute little bumble bees embellishments won't tho', so if they aren't sold out, you may want to grab some!

If you don't have this set, let's try the same layout with a retiring set, Celebrate with Flowers. I love this set and am sad to see it go. Do you know why I love it? Ok, those that know me will say, "because of the dragonfly stamp:, and they wouldn't be wrong. But, I also love the vertical "Happy Birthday" stamp in this set. I didn't use it on my card, but you can check it out on page 62 of the Annual Catalog.

This cards features the In Color Bumblebee. I love this buttery shade of yellow:

Let's go see what project Mary has to share with us! Hope you liked my cards and enjoy the rest of the Hop!

Until next time...

Happy Craftin'!
