Porthole using Sailing Home

Here is a fun card using the Sailing Home Stamp Set. I wanted it to look like a porthole. The lighthouse helps is stand. I think the lighthouse is a little crooked, but still like how it turned out. I used the water from the High Tide Stamp Set. These 2 sets coordinate beautifully together!

The silver metallic pearls finish it off nicely!

Sailing Home

I am from Maine, and love lighthouses, the ocean, anything nautical, really. I knew this was a set I would have to have as soon as I saw the Sailing Home Stamp Set. Here is a cute and simple card using it. I used the coordinating Designer Series Paper, Come Sail Away, and the Navy and Sahara Bakers Twine, along with some of the new Seaside Spray Scalloped Linen Ribbon.

I like the little knot to finish the card off....

IDEAS Blog Hop: Daisy Lane

Welcome to the monthly IDEAS Blog Hop. We are a group of international demonstrators who create a monthly bundle of tutorials for our customers and team members. The August bundle theme features "Seasons." I chose to feature summer; it is fun to see everyone else's interpretations of Seasons. 

The tutorials include current Stampin' Up! products, have color photos, supply lists, step by step instructions, and featuring both imperial and metric measurements! While I am not going to show you my actual projects, here is a sneak peek of some of the included projects:
