Inspire Create Share Blog Hop: It's a Guy Thing

 

Welcome to the ICS Blog Hop! Tonight, we are celebrating the guys in our lives! I think the Sunrise Sailing is the perfect stamp set to make guy cards for birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, or just a thinking of you theme. What is your go to stamp set for masculine cards?

Here is a fun, but easy card using the stamp set and coordinating dies. I love that the dies cut out the stamped sailboat, but there are also smaller sail boats that can be cut out. There is a seagull stamp, but also seagull dies. So fun!

I used a blending brush to add some ink on the background, with a spritz of water. A strip of Real Read cardstock run through the Stampin' Cut & Emboss using the Mini–Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder, a couple of clouds and a boat and who wouldn't love to get this on their birthday?
