ICS Blog Hop: Introducing the 2024-2026 In Colors

Hello crafty friends!! I hope you are enjoying the new catalog. And with a new catalog comes the new In-Colors! Do you have the names memorized yet?! Peach Pie, Petunia Pop, Pretty in Pink, Shy Shamrock and Summer Splash!! They are bright and scream summer to me! Which one is your fave? Keep reading to see mine. 

Last month we showcased the outgoing In-Colors, so it is only fair that we showcase the new ones this month, right?!

I don't know if you can see the sparkle on these papers, but I love the 2024-2026 In-Color Glimmer Paper, sooooo very pretty!!

IDEAS Blog Hop - Fast & Fabulous!

Paper Pumpkin Possibilities: Delicate Wings

 

Hello Crafty Friends!! It is time once again for the Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop! This is where we show you some alternate uses for your Paper Pumpkin kits. Now, we love Paper Pumpkin, and are happy with the projects as designed, but sometimes we like to challenge ourselves and make some other things up with them.

I didn't do it this time, but these would make some very cute boxes!! I might have to do that with some of the remaining kit contents. But for now, here is my card:

I normally like to use the stamps when I am creating my alternates, and I did use stamps on the front, the splatter and the words, and on the inside.

Here is my inside:

 I also used some of the extra kit contents, and cut up one of the card bases. One of the things I like about Paper Pumpkin is, they normally have the same print on the front and back of the card bases. I can use the front and still cut the back down for a card layer, and make the card as originally planned just by adding a card base.

iCS Blog Hop: Farewell 2022-2024 In Colors

Hi crafty friends! It is almost time to say goodbye to the 2022-2024 In-Colors; Orchid Oasis, Parakeet Party, Starry Sky, Sweet Sorbet & Tahitian Tide, These colors are so bright and vibrant, I am definitely going to miss them. And, it makes me sad to think this could be the last time I use these colors. But....we have 5 new colors joining the Stampin' Up! family, so stay tuned for those!

I used 3 of the IN-colors on my card today. I do love how these colors coordinate and make my card so pop! I used In color card stock, tone on tone stamping and blended the colors onto the butterfly. I even added some of the In-color embellishments. All to say good - bye and give them one last use.

Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop: Memorable Meadows

 

Hi Crafty Friends! Welcome to the March Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop! I love Paper Pumpkin! I love the surprise element each month. I love the simplicity of the kits, but the wow! And I love March, cuz we always get an anniversary gift! So it was double stamp set this month! Whoohoo!

I used the extra stamp set, and the blue tissue paper that comes in the kit for my card. I stamped on the tissue paper, and then I ran it through the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine using the polka dot embossing folder from the Basics 3D Embossing Folders (Online Exclusive). 

What do you think?

I did use one of the kit banners for my sentiment. I added a little gold foil paper and gold sequins to bring out the gold in the banner. The tissue is a different look, and doesn't really show as blue in the pictures, but it is in person. My goal is always to showcase the stamps, since they will be around long after the consumables are gone.
